Exceptions / non-returnable itemsÂ
Jom Sport does not offer a refund for the conditions as below :
1. Damage of items due to own negligence
2. Color may vary across different device screen and measurements are     approximate. Actual garments color may vary also due to model photos are  captured by professional photographers with professional studio lighting setting.  The actual garments color aberration is not classified as "wrong item" or "defect  item", hence no exchange or refund will be carried out. Please allow 20-30%  discrepancy in the product color due to lighting and monitor resolution (actual  may appear darker/brighter).
 Please take into consideration that COLOR MAY VARY FROM ONE BATCH TO  ANOTHER as well. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a  defect. Kindly do not place an order if the customer is not able to accept color  aberration.
3. Measurements stated may vary 1.0 cm - 3.0 cm as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no exchange will be carried out.
4. Doesn't fit. Size cannot fit (too short, too long, too tight, too thin or too loose etc) that is not up to your expectation is not considered a ‘wrong item’. The actual standards for all garments are based on the physical items received.
5. If you not sure how to choose the size, you may try to chat with us and ask for advice or suggestion. However final decision of size is based on customer's mindÂ
6. Material and quality issues are not classified as defects or wrong item. Material and quality level is solely subjective due to different people have different perspectives. It does not have any trustworthy benchmark instrument to measure the quality.Â
Damages and Wrong item issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The customer might be informed the item she placed an order is running out of stock unexpectedly. The stock availability is changing rapidly every few hours although we ensured the high accuracy of stock status. This is because our supplier also supplying to another continent including Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, North and South America. Customer is allowed to switch to other item or request full refund for the item that running out of stock.
Our estimation time for delivery is calculated based on overall successful deals from our previous customers, you might receive the parcel late due to Oversea or Malaysia Custom clearance delay, long holidays, out of stock issue or late delivery by the courier company. Your understanding and patience are highly appreciated. Kindly DO NOT place an order if you do not have the tolerance to accept late arrival parcel due to the factors as mentioned here.  We will refund to you only if we get the proof from logistics company state the parcel is confirmed loss after 30 days start from the date which the parcel shipped out.
To start a return, you can whatsapp us at 013-2075123 in word or voice message but no direct calling. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RefundsÂ
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded upon the bank account details provided.Â
